• Health Records: We collect urine albumin, urine creatinine, and urine ACR ratio data to manage user profiles and provide personalized health insights.

Who Can Use Proflo-U

• Create only one account (your own) and use it for health information collection for personal use only
• Be a citizen of India, currently residing in India

Restrictions

You cannot use our services if:

• You are under 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region)
• We've previously disabled your account for violations of our Terms or Policies
• You are prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws
